CARF is an organisation dedicated to helping street children, and mainly street children in the big urban areas in the south. Each day is a gruelling fight for survival, and needless to say, under such conditions there is not much hope for proper education. Carf struggle equally hard to help these kids to achieve a better tomorrow.
